Who we are
Event x Booth connects people planning events with independent event vendors: DJs, photo booths, photographers, caterers, florists, bartenders, setup crews, valet, dancers and performers, and more. Contact us at jessie@eventxbooth.com.
We don't sell your data. Period.
We know what it feels like when a company sells your information and you never see a dime of it. We won't do that to you. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, ever. It's used for one thing: helping with your event.
What we collect
- What you submit through our form: name, email, phone (optional), the service you need, event date, city, budget, and any details you add.
- Emails you send us.
- If we reached out to you first: we found your event through a public source, such as an event listing site or a public social media post (for example, a public Facebook post or group). We keep only what's needed to follow up: the event details and the contact info or link that was publicly shared.
How we use it
Only to understand your event and find a vendor who may fit it. We don't add you to a mailing list or use your information for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
- A potential vendor for your event, and only if you checked the consent box on our form (or agreed by email) allowing a vendor to contact you about this event.
- Services that run this site and our email (web hosting, form processing, and our email provider), solely so they can operate them.
Vendors are independent
Vendors are separate businesses. They contract with you directly and are responsible for their own services and for how they handle your information after an introduction.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for up to 12 months after your event date, then delete it, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
Email jessie@eventxbooth.com to see what we have about you, correct it, delete it, or ask us not to contact you again. We'll act on it promptly.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
This site isn't intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this notice changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
